Description
In reference to the mythological animal, this bird takes the shape and dress of multiple endangered species. He evokes a message of hope through his account of the possibility of rising from the ashes. Like these often endemic birds, it is still possible to save them.
Phenix is a metal structure 11m long, 15m wide and 5m high, animated by LEDmapping. Each edge is individually animated to generate the overall shape and color transitions. The facades around impregnate colours and dialogue with the installation. An audio-visual loop makes us travel in contemplative atmospheres, with sounds of birds and invites the viewer to travel.
